Jill Page is currently in her eighth year of teaching.  Her second at Muhlenberg North, she previously taught at Todd County Middle School for five years and Muhlenberg South Middle School for two years.  Primary duties include the middle school band and assisting with the high school marching and concert bands as well as music appreciation classes.

Ms. Page earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Murray State University in 2000 and completed her Master’s of Music Education there as well in 2004.  While at Murray, she performed in various ensembles including the Murray State Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Orchestra, Racer Marching Band, Campus Lights Orchestra, and Clarinet Choir.  Ms. Page was named Middle School Teacher of the Year by the Third District Band Director’s Association in 2003-04 and bands under her direction have consistently received distinguished ratings at KMEA festival.

Ms. Page’s professional affiliations include the Kentucky Music Educator’s Association, the Music Educator’s National Conference, Sigma Alpha Iota, and Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society.  She is currently secretary/treasurer for the Third District Music Educator’s Association and an active adjudicator in Western Kentucky.
